Tell us what your roof is doing

What happens after you call

1. A short conversation. Two minutes on what the roof is doing, how long it has been doing it, and where you are.
2. A visit, usually within a few days. Same day for emergencies and most Crawley call-outs. Someone gets up and actually looks.
3. Photographs and a straight opinion — including “this can wait a couple of years” when that is the honest answer.
4. A fixed written quote, itemised, materials named, scaffold and VAT included. Usually within 48 hours.
5. No follow-up pestering. One polite check-in, and then the ball is entirely in your court.

What to have ready

None of this is essential, but it makes the first call far more useful: your postcode, roughly what age the house is, whether the roof has been worked on before, where the water is showing inside, and a photo or two taken from the ground. If you have been up in the loft with a torch, tell us what you saw.
