What counts as an emergency
Active water coming in, tiles or ridge sections gone in a storm, a TV aerial or tree limb through the roof, flashing peeled back by wind, or anything hanging that could fall on someone. If it can't safely wait for a routine appointment, call it an emergency and we'll treat it like one. Across the Crawley area we prioritise same-day response for genuine emergencies, and after major storms we run extended hours until everyone's dry.
Make safe first, fix properly second
Step one is always to stop the water and remove the danger: secured tarpaulins, temporary battening, emergency tile replacement, catching and diverting water inside if it's already through. Insurance claims, without the headache
Storm damage is usually an insurable event. We provide a dated photo report and written scope of damage in the format insurers actually want, and we're happy to talk directly with your insurer or loss adjuster. One honest warning from years of doing this: beware anyone knocking on doors after a storm offering cheap roof work for cash. Reputable roofers are busy after storms — they don't need to knock.
